You can't edit. But I think Shanghai is right. As long as you selected your country as country of issue. In my application I chose Costa Rica as country of issue and Seoul as place of issue and had no issues. (Nedless to say, my passport literally says Place of issue: Seoul).

No place would guarantee it to be approved within one week. Two weeks is the bare minimum, true that a few people has gotten it faster, but those seem to be the exception, not the rule.

What did you write for intended date of entry? And where did you apply? Some embassies are notoriously slower than others.

There's no mention about this, so, in theory, even same day entry should be OK (provided you have a visa).
