not entirely true. Depends on the bank and the bankcard. As an example, the type of card i have with my Krungthai bank account allows me to withdraw anywhere in the country for free, and my KBank allows 25 free withdrawals per month outside BKK

took a friend to get an extension last week at IT Square, the person who checked his documents didn't care about the TM.30 but the IO next to her checking documents asked the person she was checking them for where his TM.30 printout was. My friend was told to go sit and wait for his number to be called (no TM.30) and the other poor guy was sent away to get a TM.30 printout🤦🤦🤣🤣

Highly recommend FTV if you're in BKK, leave at 4.30am, meet at Tesco next to BTS On Nut back by 1pm. Free lunch at the border. Used them a number of times, been smooth each time
