**Any recommendations for opening a bank account in Bangkok?

**

Ideally in Sukhumvit, but I’m flexible.

I’m on a Workation DTV (remote employee).

Has anyone had experience with specific bank branches? What documents were required?

Thanks in advance!

Hello people,

I’m 30 years old, I’ve worked in sales and then u switched my career of freelance in cybersecurity for different companies last 6 years. Since it’s 24*7 job I’ve lost control over my health. I’m trying to learn the sector of real estate. I don’t know what is the way and what exactly is the structure to go step wise. I apologise to write in This group because there many experts and experience people here.

Any response would be appreciated I’ve been coming to Thailand from past 7years . So I’ll be in April can work to learn ! No money need just experience of how the core of business work !!

"I received my DTA visa last year in November, and I'm currently based in Australia. I work in Australia, where my primary income source is, but I’m planning to move to Pattaya for good. I’m drawn to the lower cost of living and a more peaceful lifestyle there compared to the hustle and bustle here.

I have a fair bit of savings (about 150k AUD) and plan to live off them for the first 1.5 years. My monthly budget is roughly 30,000–40,000 THB. I’m not a partygoer and would like insights into potential monthly expenses, including:

* Rent

* Food

* Transport

Could those familiar with the cost of living in Pattaya provide realistic estimates or advice on this plan? Thanks in advance!"

File it under Everything else, Boss: How do y'all deal with jetlag in Thailand? It is 12 hours time difference between the East Coast and Thailand. On average, it takes me two weeks to finally adjust to BKK time after I arrive. A full month to adjust back to EST when I return. I hear people load up on Red Bull energy drinks ( guess that's how it become hugely successful) to adjust. I go there for the Nightlife. Take a siesta from 6 pm to 12 am everynight then wake up and go out and meet the hot femininas from Issan.Then sleep two hours in the early morning.
