Can anyone advise if the ETA is up and running yet.

I have heard if you arrive in Thailand overland you only get a visa exemption for 30 days.

Can anyone please confirm this please ?

Hi! Thanks to this group for the informations shared. I'd like share too my experience maybe can be useful for someone applying from Italy.

I applied for Dtv soft power in Rome Embassy.

I upload documents from school, my bank statement from wise (money put just 2 day before my application) and ID card number for residence.

Additional documents asked: ticket for Thailand ( I already give to them but they didn't see...I upload again).

In 4 days received mail with approved visa.

Fast and easy when you have all documents ok.

Hi, I travelled to Thailand during Christmas 2024 and got 60 days visa free stamp validity till 20 Feb 2025.

But I returned back to my country in 2 weeks time.

My passport has stamp of 20 Feb 2025 as last date of visa. I plan to travel again on first week of March.

Question : Do I need to apply for extension visa from my country or travel again normally and get 60 days free visa stamp again? Will there be any questions at immigration for this ?

Isn't it more beneficial to just take Euros with you and to exchange? Pay now each atm withdrawal is 220 baht plus cost from my bank in the Netherlands? Mvg deep down

Hi all. Is the Visa Exempt still 60 days and will this still be available in February ? UK Passport holder.

I have a few DTV questions - I appreciate everyone's help in advance:

1. If I apply for DTV under workcation and get approval and then apply for my husband and kid's for their DTV - can my husband work remote as well under this "dependent" DTV?

2. I don't want to book any flights to Thailand until we all have approval - has anyone had their DTV application recently approved without providing an already booked flight confirmation and accommodation booking?

2 a) In case they end up requiring a flight booking - does anyone have a reliable website for a temp booking confirmation that would be sufficient?

3. If I don't have a flight until 2 months out - do you think they would take longer to process my application?

Im British arrive Thailand 22 May, will i need to complete an ETA?

Do you know if new ETA system requests is working from now? I am Belgian, I don't need a visa to go to Thailand but there is a new rule since 2025. We need to ask to stay officially and it should be free of charges. I don't find any request form to ask such a thing on internet.

I live in the uk but don’t have a British passport how ever I do hold a British travel document and I’m planing to go Thailand do I have to apply for a visa before hand or can I get one on arrival?
