Hello, I am at the end of the online application process doing the dtv (plan to go to Laos) and it asks to make the 10k baht payment. I’m wondering if there’s somewhere im not seeing about making an appointment to go to the Laos office. I’m currently in Thailand and know you must exit and apply outside at an embassy. If anyone has done it this way that can inform me, thanks

I received a tourist visa from Guangzhou. But I am not in guangzhou anymore (long story), and I would actually like to apply for a DTV instead, even though I received today my tourist visa.

Do I need to enter thailand with this tourist visa, wait for it to expire before applying for the DTV ? Can I directly apply for the DTV instead in another country, without entering Thailand with the tourist visa that was just issued for me ?

If I do need to use this tourist visa, can I enter from a different place than the one I applied from ?
