Thouhh after I submitted my docs and money they gave me only one slip (no print out) with the date stamped on it for collection and they wrote down my token number on it. If you go and submit can you confirm they give you only that slip or any other receipt?

 it’s not that bad about waiting anymore. I went there few weeks ago. It took me more time because I needed to print some papers, 2 times because they didn’t tell me at once what I missed, but if you have everything I think max. 30 minutes incl. filling in the form there (you can also find it online and fill in home to make it faster) , then pay and you done. I heard Mondays and Tuesdays are busiest, I was on Wednesday and it was really okay. Maybe max. 20 people were there, I got first time slot (I think it was 9;30 they open(?)) maybe that’s why. But with picking it up there were more people but it took me around 5 min because I was 3rd in the queue (they didn’t look at given numbers). When you make appointment you see your number and time slot for it,, everyone is gonna be served in the end. Nothing bad about waiting in my opinion.

 If you have the paperwork in order, there shouldn't be any problems.

Besides the long waiting time, I have never encountered any issues there.
