No, no more attaching additional blank pages and only issuing new U.S. passport books for nearly a decade now (officially since January 1, 2016)

in my personal opinion, you may very well be worse off for applying for any Thai E–Visa at the Thai Embassy in Wellington (New Zealand) for a number of reasons:

1.) No updates to publicly available information provided from the Wellington Thai Embassy at all about any Thai E–Visas: no info about DTV or even the official price of a DTV, no basic info about any E–Visa processing times or procedures;

2.) Potentially more onerous additional requirements, additional documents needed/requested of visa applications compared to other Thai Embassies/Consulates, even for New Zealand citizens residing in NZ;

3.) As already mentioned by many, the extremely high and inexplicable prices for Thai E–Visas at the Thai Embassy in Wellington

Notwithstanding such an exercise in futility, it's always great to have first-hand field reports from anyone's real experience with submitting a Thai E–Visa application at the Thai Embassy in Wellington!

if you could get a copy or photo of those 6500 Baht Fines Receipt from Suvarnabhumi Airport Departure immigration would be great to get a better understanding of what is going on and if it truly has any relation to holding a Non-OX 5-Year Visa.... 🙏🏻

For clarity, when the Thai DTV Visa is "attached" to the other UK Passport Book #2, do you mean an actual Thai Visa Sticker or do you the approved Thai E–Visa PDF is associated with that other UK Passport Book #2?

If it is a Thai E–Visa PDF, then I would enter Thailand on the Thai DTV E–Visa PDF with UK Passport Book #1 and should be no problems....

However, if it is a Thai Visa Sticker DTV, then following what others have already Commented....

have found that many Thai Embassies/Consulates sometimes have more updated and detailed information on their Facebook Pages rather than their websites....
