Just need some clarification regarding health insurance for an OX retirement visa……do I have to let immigration know when the Thai insurance has been renewed? There has been no repercussions when I have travelled OS from Samui but friends of mine were fined recently? Has there been a change in this?

Hi all! I’m a bit confused about asking for a visa, I came without one as i didn’t need it (Portuguese passport). I want to stay for another month! Do I need to renew my insurance for the visa? What documents exactly do I need to take with me, and do they give me the paper on the same day?

A question for O-A visa extension renewal with health insurance. My extension will finish the same day as my health insurance (That’s what immigration do 🤷‍♂️).

I assume this is the same for everyone.

My question is have people renewed their insurance early to get the visa extension early? Done it on the cut off day? How?

My insurers claim that this years renewal notice is enough to show immigration.
