I've done this, you have to apply at VFS, they are at The Trendy building in Bangkok. You need an appointment which you book through the UK.gov website and the relevant documentation. Your child qualifies automatically as you are a British national, you don't have to worry about citizenship
this is true but everytime I do my annual extension, they put a new slip on my passport with a date of 90 days from the application to report the next 90 days. I believe that applying for the extension resets the 90 days, or atleast that has been my experience over the past few years
I think they are giving you the runaround for some reason. Your next 90 day report will be 90 days from when you applied for your extension, it's on their system and they can easily print you out another slip if they want. Perhaps try again and instead of asking for a residence certificate first, perhaps just say that you've come to do a 90 day report,. They will probably then tell you that you are early, print off the slip with the date for you and send you on your way. Then come back with the slip and ask for a residence cert
yes you do have "under consideration" so your paperwork has been checked by an officer and accepted pending verification. The 90 day report is completely separate and unconnected to your visa
when you applied for the marriage visa did they stamp your passport with the words "under consideration" and then give you a specific date to return to immigration? If so you have already applied for the marriage visa and your application accepted pending checks ie house visit etc. If so they have already verified that you had 400k in your account for 60 days prior to application. Unlike the retirement visa there is no requirement for funds to remain in the account for any period of time following application
Your wording doesn't make sence if you already applied for a marriage visa you would not have another non O expiring in June, it would be cancelled already. Are you sure you didn't get a 30 day under consideration stamp when you applied for the marriage visa? If so the remaining 11 months will be inked in upon your return to immigration at the end of the 30 days provided immigration were happy with your documents and visit. There is no legal requirement to keep the 400k in after application, it only has to be in there for 60 days prior to application
