Hello guys, I my visa extension expires on October 1. I was told by a visa agency that they can do a covid extension for me of 2 months for 12000 baht. It didn't make sense to me... Does that mean that covid extension visa aren't over yet or that they can be done only through an agency or do you think that it is officially over and maybe I was talking to someone that had plans of scamming me.. ?
Hello. In 2021-2 had a covid visa extension that had been converted(?) from a non-b. Now attempting to return as tourist for 3rd time within 6 months and then soon to convert to non-b. US citizen arriving from US. Should I buy tourist visa or obtain visa-exemption upon arriving? Perhaps good idea to have 20k baht, proof of onward travel? Thanks!
I arrived BKK on 8th June 2022 on 30 day visa exempt and extended this to 6th August 2022. I then obtained covid extension for 60 days expiring 5th October 2022. Because Jomtien immigration require bank funds to be seasoned 2 months BEFORE applying for Non O over 50 visa and not the extension of stay relating to that visa I will have to wait until 20 September 2022 {2 months since deposit of funds from O/s} before I can apply for the Non O visa. As 90 days will fall on the 8th September 2022 am I obliged to file a 90 day report or does this only apply to people on a long stay visa. Any advice appreciated

Hello everyone just needed some quick general advice about switching jobs and my visa. So long story short I work for a school and it’s not working out. I found a new school and they want to attempt to transfer my non b visa over to their school so I can start work. But my old school may not cooperate. (I’m thinking high chance they don’t) Under these circumstances what is the the correct route to take. When I quit my job do I then have 7 days left to stay in Thailand and figure it out? Should I then grab a COVID extension for extra processing time for the new non b? Or should I go to Laos for a fresh visa entirely? Is Laos even open to border runs by air or ground right now? How does all this work? Any general advice appreciated as this is my first job in Thailand and idk what to do.
My daughter has a COVID extension stamp which expires at the end of August. I heard that there is a new round of extensions being done, that has to be stamped before August 25. Can anyone confirm if this update is accurate and if they've had their stay extended again this month? Any input on this would be appreciated. Thank you so much.
