If you are looking to extend inside Thailand you need to show you still meet all of the criteria. A border bounce is probably easier

You show your income from the app store sales as income to your business but they may well also want to see you have paid tax on the income. Also the tax return will validate the business

It sounds like you might have a DTV sticker rather than an evisa? If so always present your passport open to the page with the visa sticker in it

Be aware they can ask for copies of every page of your passport to prevent exactly this and even call you in for an interview

You are legally required to file a 90 day report if you spend 90 days inside Thailand. If today is indeed day 90 (the day you enter is day 1) you have 7 more days to visit immigration and file one.
