Can I apply for a DTV visa in Thailand as a remote worker with passive income from app sales?

I am from EU, and I plan to apply for DTV visa as a remote worker (in Hanoi or HCMC, or maybe Taipei), but I struggle with a requirement of job contract, or a contract with a client.

I have as my income is more of a "passive". I don't work for clients, I work for myself and sell my own mobile applications on Play Store & Apple Store. I get paid monthly by Google / Apple. It's kinda similar as selling a book on Amazon or living off Youtube content etc.

All I can show is a link to these stores with my apps & my name next to it. Would that be sufficient proof/document?

Or would it be better to just apply for soft power using an agent? Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
An EU citizen plans to apply for a DTV visa to live in Thailand while working remotely, but faces challenges due to a lack of a job contract, as their income is passive from app sales on Google and Apple stores. They question whether providing links to these stores would suffice as proof of income, and consider the option of using an agent for a soft power visa. Responses suggest that proof of income through tax reports and business registration may be necessary, and that applying for a soft power visa can be done without an agent.

You show your income from the app store sales as income to your business but they may well also want to see you have paid tax on the income. Also the tax return will validate the business

You apply for soft power you don’t need an agent. There are many posts in this group about successful soft power applications.
