Is there any benefits or advantages on apply for the 90 day O visa from within Canada before heading to Thailand or is it exactly the same process as just arriving on a regular visa and doing it.
I would also be looking to extend it to a one year from within thailand.
We moved to Bangkok a month ago and partner is here on a Non O Guardian visa (daughter is on an Ed visa).
They now have an offer of part-time work at a school and the school have said they will arrange the work visa.
I'm wondering what happens if work ends. I think the work visa ends immediately. Can they then go back onto a Guardian visa and if so, what is the process please?
Hi! I'm planning to apply for non-o marriage visa. As I understand the main requirement here is 40k monthly income or 400k in the bank account. Can I apply for marriage visa while I still working and getting these 40+k? If in 3 month I will finish my contract, and technicaly won't have the income from the inside of the country. Do I need to show them 400k after that?
Hi. We are arriving from Europe on Australia passports so will receive the 45 day visa exempt on arrival. We have exit flights to Aus 60 days later & our plan is to visit immigration & get an extension when in Thailand.
My question is does anyone see a problem with our outgoing flight being later than 45 days from arrival?
I was just headed to the Thai consulate today in Saigon to get a tourist visa, but as it turns out they only do Appointment only and the next appointment is available is on the 25th not in time for my flight to Bangkok on the 17th. USA passport… Any options going through an agency, online or any advice i’m getting a tourist visa before arrival would be appreciated!
I have to overstay by 6 days to match my flight out. Is it any issue to pay the 500Thb per day fine and overstay without going for another covid visa extension? I would want to come back in the future so I don't want to risk that.
I got a Non-Immigrant Visa Category “O” multiple entry in Australia, and look for a way to extend it or get a new one after it expires in November, I do have over a million baht in my bank here but my Ausie pension is less than the 40000 baht per month so don’t qualify for a spouse visa, what are my options.
