So she also has to meet all the requirements (500,000 THB in the bank account, etc) or as a spouse, is the marriage certificate enough if I have already applied for the visa? 🙏🏼

I will come for less than 3 months soon, and then return at the end of October with the multi entry or the new DTV if I qualify. However, I have several stamps, having spent a good part of the last 2 years in Thailand. Do you think entering with a 60-day Tourist Visa is better than entering without a visa and getting a stamp?

I always thought they looked at the actual 12 months. As far as you know, if I do the border run in December, and I extend the additional 30 days to January, it is still counted in the old year, despite having extended it in the new one, right?
