I have got DTV visa.

I have stayed in Thailand for 3 months. And I am planning to travel to other countries.

Not sure when i will return to Thailand now.

Just wanted to check do i need to return to Thailand to keep my visa active or there is no time limit for that ans i can enter whenever i want within those 5 years

?

Do I still need to buy a round trip tickets with an approved DTV visa? TIA!

Hey guys I got my DTV visa, its in my email. How does it work? Next time I go to thailand I show that email to immigration and they will print it on my passport?

I have a friend from Suriname South America. He's in Food & Beverage Industries. He's planing to apply for Long Term visa. Wish to ask DTV or LTR is better? Usually what's the requirement and easier ways to apply? Thanks

Since I travel a lot for my work my passport will soon run out of pages, maybe 2 left at present.

When I renew my passport do I need to re-apply for my DTV, or after a trip to immigration can they do something to connect the passports so I carry both till the DTV expires.

I'm thinking I will have to re-apply but not sure.

Asked a question a while back about the bank statement to prove monthly income. Someone said you had to choose "for long term visa" as the transfer reason. There was some other input.

These are the options. None talk about visa. Thoughts?

Where is the best company in Pattaya to do a long term visa.My friends are saying now they can get a 5 year visa for a fixed payment and the company sort everything I know they do but just wondering best place in Pattaya do.

Two questions

1) does anyone know how long they are going to keep this visa or is there risk of them abruptly removing it down the road ? I was going to apply next year.

2) i heard that you only get one 180 day extension in the 5 year period. Does that sound right ?
