Can non-immigration-based visas still 'covid extend' if their current extension expires before March 25th?
I came to Thailand with a non-immigration visa. I got a covid-extension in January and the extension is expiring this March 2nd.
The new covid-extension ruling (couple of weeks old) states that non-immigration-based visas can no more be 'covid' extended, and the 'start' date for the new ruling is March 25th.
Hi there, a couple of questions, would appreciate your suggestions.
My Partner's job/contract is getting terminated due to Covid end of Jan, so he's going through the process of canceling WP and Visa, He aims to depart Bangkok the first week in Feb to return to UK.
In order to come back to Thailand, which tourist visa will allow him to stay in Thailand the longest before extending? Ie Visa on arrival or a specified Tourist visa before leaving the UK?
Basically, I'm due to give birth at beginning of April, so I'm ideally looking for a visa that will ensure he does not miss the birth, and then hopefully get him on the Thai Child Non-O Visa (We're not married so I can't put him on the non-o spousal visa) Would I be able to convert the tourist visa to non-o in-country as well?
This would just be to tie us over while he job hunts, baby arrival, and then (hopefully) we'd go back to the Non-B Visa route, as usual, if/when he lands a new role.
Need advice, I thought I had this all figured out until the US embassy cancelled my appointment for next week. My 1 year education visa expires Jan 15. I planned on returning to US yesterday but due to covid epicenter issues there. I moved up my marriage, we planned it after I returned summertime. So now that the embassy isn’t available for the affidavit it puts the Amphoe visit on hold. What do I do ? My options to fall in to amnesty ? Or can I file the TM7 with the pending marriage to follow ? Thank you.

Sorry guys, had a family 60 days extension previously. Supposed to expire on 25 November 2020. I heard it is auto extented to 30th November 2020 is it right?
2nd, am I able to extend again this time for another 60 days base on family visiting? Married to a Thai. I have the pink is, marriage certificate etc etc
I arrived in March on a Malay-registered vehicle, and have diligently extended my customs form each month. Normally, you can do this only once, but, because of Covid, I have been able to extend it each month. They tell me that this was the LAST time and that the vehicle needs to leave the country in November. I am on an American passport.
