Extension of Visa Exemption Chonburi Immigration..

Does anyone know if is 30 or 45 days before at the Chonburi Immigration.

I have delayed tm30 registration 3 weeks since arrival. Chonburi immigration wants 1600 baht fine. Ive heard it can be twice less, perhaps in another province.

But what if i dont do registration and exit the country without visa extension, can i avoid paying a fine?

1st 90-day report at Chonburi Immigration.

Anyone recently do this and know what documents they require?

I’d like to take everything and not get in Que just for a list.

I am currently in Thailand with a non immigrant ED visa. Because different people told me that I can not change this visa to a non immigrant O based on marriage visa at the Chonburi Immigration, i decided to do this in Penang.

First question: Can I really not change the visa type at Chonburi immigration?

On the website from the Penang Consulate I couldnt find the requirements for this visa type. On the page from the embassy of Kuala Lumpur i could finde some.

"Bank statement (last 6 months) in Thailand with recommended balance of 400,000 Thai baht"

Second Question: Mean this, I need to have the 400000 ฿ in my account 6 month prior to the visa application?

I entered Thailand on a 30 day exempt from the United States I would like to extend it for an additional 30 days how soon can I apply for the extension at Chomburi Immigration?

Today, December 11, Chonburi Immigration (Jomtien) are closed (Substitution Day).

Retirement visa. Processed in Chonburi I have already done x2 90 reporting at that office. Relocating to Chiang Mai this week. Next 90day is due at the end December but I will be Housesitting at that time, I dont plan to be securing a rental until mid January. Do I ask my housesit to provide (or I fill out with that address at CM immigration) TM47. I know it sounds a silly question but I suppose I'm asking if it's only a temp address it's OK??
