Can anyone suggest Visa agency in Pattaya/Chonburi for Retirement Visa application? Thank you in advance.

Am I missing something about staying in Thailand? There are the sandbox trips, but it sounds like you can still come in on regular visa or visa exempt status? I want to come back with the intention of getting a non-o retirement visa—if there are any flights available beginning in November from Europe.
