Good morning to all Thai residents and non-residents.
I finally have my residence in Thailand complete with a certificate from my embassy.
I want to do a license conversion and was wondering if anyone has been to the dept of transportation *recently* and whether I need to book appointment in advance or just go and stand in line. Free appointments slots in Bangkok are available only by early June…
I’m going to the thai consulate in Vientiane to apply for an ED-visa today. I’m lucky to be number 1 in line for the appointment.
But when i look it up on Google Maps, it shows two different locations. Can anyone tell me which is the correct one? And how early should i be there? Thank you.
Good morning, it seems Penang demands an appointment starting Feb 6 but they have not put up any appointment link yet, as their website states. Any ideas how to do that appointment? (I emailed them, so far no response, will update here if they ever do.)
Just came from the US Embassy in Bangkok to do financial document and everything went smooth although they normally do 60 appointments a day, today and tomorrow they have 550 appointments.
They say this document is good for 6 months through the transition faze and should be honored during this period by Immigration.
