TLDR : Answer Summary
To enter Thailand with an Australian COVID-19 digital certificate, it is essential to have an approved Thai Pass, which includes necessary documentation such as the digital certificate and a PCR test taken within 48 hours of departure. Travel insurance covering COVID-19 expenses up to $100,000 is also required. It's advisable to gather and print all necessary documents to ensure a smooth entry process.
thanks everyone for replies i think i will just go through all the hoops and make sure i have every possible document printed out to make sure

The answer is that whatever is used to approve your thai pass is what is needed upon entry plus a pcr test.

As long as your thai pass i aproved it should be all that you need exept from the pcr test. Everything else needed would need to be aproved in the thai pass. So just apply for that one, it will tell you what you need. Like insurance covering covid for up to 100k usd etc.

Also make sure you go trought the correct page to apply, I have seen some people paying for fake thai pass pages. Just follow instructions from your closest thai embassy
