TLDR : Answer Summary
Once your vaccination certificate is uploaded and your Thailand Pass is approved, the Thailand Pass is a crucial document for travel. However, it is advised to have printed copies of your vaccination certificate, insurance, and Thailand Pass, as these will all be checked at the airport. There are recommendations to obtain an international vaccination certificate in English, as there may be concerns regarding the Spanish version at Bangkok Airport. You may also need to present additional documents such as your boarding pass, visa, and a filled-out TM6 landing card at immigration.
You need to print it off for immigration. Also your boarding card of the flight you arrived on, visa printed if applicable and TM6 landing card filled in to present to them.

I thought I read the PCR test had to be in English. I don't know about the cert. I was in Mexico before coming to Thailand in February. I am not sure if you can just print out an English version of your vax card, replacing all the pertinent information, government clinic id, vax batch number, or whatever they put on the cert.

I don't know about Mexico but here in Thailand you can get an international certificate, both paper and digital (with QR code). Is that an option in Mexico?
