TLDR : Answer Summary
To travel to Thailand, you need a visa, health insurance, vaccine information, airfare, and a hotel for quarantine. The current quarantine duration varies; it's suggested to be at least 11 nights. You will need a negative RT-PCR test certificate taken within 72 hours prior to your flight. Please check your country’s embassy website for specific regulations, as rules differ by country.

Will need RT-PCR negative test certificate, within 72 hours of flight. I don't think they are accepting proof of vaccine yet.

I think the minimum quarantine is currently 11 nights from 1st April. Unless you are coming from certain African countries.

They shouldn't post on Thai Consulate website, right?

@Gr**
it's seems it's different on every consulate. If they agree your COE for 7 nights quarantine, go for it.
