Will need RT-PCR negative test certificate, within 72 hours of flight. I don't think they are accepting proof of vaccine yet.

I think the minimum quarantine is currently 11 nights from 1st April. Unless you are coming from certain African countries.

 it's seems it's different on every consulate. If they agree your COE for 7 nights quarantine, go for it.
