Thats no visa system. Thats agency paid to immigration officers to be not attentive. They cant guaranteed but usally it works.

 embassy clearly says confirmed tickets. And you can print even fake tickets and it still be accepted, but this don't make it allowed

If DTV visa you should have freelance profile, portfolio and work done. Also you maybe should have self employed documents.

 oups, wrong category. For tourism only 2 dates with 1 slot each in january available. Same as before, unavailable in reality.
