have you been living under a rock these last 6 months? As of yesterday, there are no more criminal penalties for possessing cannabis. Now, I dont know how that stands in regards to selling, but NO one is going to jail anymore for simple possession, hallelujah....you might not be able to spark up a fatty in public, but can you sit on your back porch and take bong rips, you bet your big fat green nuggets you can!
, not sure how they would be subject to “lengthy jail terms” if the country has just freed all of its prisoners in jail related to cannabis offenses..now you may not be able to just light up a doob any old place, but what is is clear is that that small time possessors and users are not going to be imprisoned…
