British embassy is £50 for affirmation of marriage and £25 for certified copy of your passport, I did this other week took 5 days to book appointment with embassy

From UK arrived 28th April stayed JC Kevin Bangkok arrived airport 6.15 am got to hotel by 8 am tested hospital on way result came in 2.40 pm

I used Dam health £49 result within 24hrs ( actually took 2hrs) that was in Manchester

If in UK I can recommend Dam (£49) I used the service in Manchester result took few hours and has Rt pcr on certificate

Told them I was staying at my girlfriends house in Koh tao and they asked to see picture of my wife's ID card. They was pretty reasonable if you already have a flight booked to USA then I can't see you having any problems tbh
