Hi there how to get a Thai visa from the Democratic republic of Congo ?

I'm married to Thai girl and we want to visit another country so we should apply visa together from which country, my country or her country? As my passport is weaker than hers. Im new to traveling so i don't know if we can apply from her country only and provide marriage certificates for proof

Note that when I made the payment the website showed an error, however when I checked the visa card statement at my end, I noticed that the payment was pending and actually it did go through, so just be aware that this could happen to you and don’t panic if you get an error message.

I understand that I can leave the U.S. with my U.S. Passport and enter Thailand using my Thai Passport....to avoid getting a VISA....

What happens when my U.S. Passport doesn't have a DESTINATION?

OR

Enter Thailand with my U.S. Passport and then take a trip to Laos and enter Laos with Thai Passport.

Will there be any complications?
