That has nothing to do woth tax or CRS. As a tourist you always have difficulties to open a bank account. But with a non-O visa it shouldn‘t be a problem.

I have an health+life insurance gold (in and outpatient) with your Co. for 2 years now. I assume accidental treatment is included already, right? i was never told by the agent that I need additional extra accident insurance

To be honest I don‘t know, never read the letter itself. The bank knows what kind of letter immigration needs

It is a seperate print out from the bank where you get the letter from at the same time. Of course the bank book mist be updated to the day of application, so just make a withdrawel or pay in.
