There is no Thai embassy in Tanzania. You need to apply through e-visa website and your application will be sent to Thai embassy in Kenya. Before e-visa I know in Kenya they won’t accept non EA nationals if they don’t have resident permit. Now you better send them email and ask, before make 350$ payment.
