I am currently holding ed visa and will be switching to dtv. I opened a bank account in Krungthai bank with the letter from current school. Will the bank account be still usable for long term even after switching to dtv? 

Do i need to update the visa in bank? Will the bank possibly approve for it?

Visited three banks today in Chiang Mai—Bangkok Bank, KBank, and SCB. All of them politely declined to open an account with a DTV visa.
