Can I open a business in Thailand on DTV visa, or will I have to change my visa?

I have a thai spouse… im too confused abt the visa. I want to do business in Thailand. I will come there on 17th so I think I have time to get the correct VISA on time.

I also have VISA on Arrival which is a tourist VISA which gives me 60 days to stay…

I have been issued a DTV visa, which is valid for five years, allowing me to stay six months per visit. Is a one-way ticket acceptable, or must I book a round-trip ticket? As I will be traveling to Thailand for business, I need to confirm the entry requirements for my initial trip.

I am a Bangladeshi. I am traveling to Chiang Mai in October 2024. I stayed here for 15 days. Chiang Mai is my favorite place to any other province in Thailand. I am interested in doing business here or in any city for Thailand. What is the process to start doing business here?

Hi guys, I would like to come to Thailand by the end of August to look for a job or open my own company and stay for at least 6 months.

Has anyone else noticed how in the last few years there have been a dozen or so companies that make single serving cups of ice cream? Good quality too..It seems everytime I turn around, I see a new company doing this…some examples include ete, iscoop among others. Many restaurants seem to have their own brand often as well. Almost like there is a big company that makes these ice creams and private labels for different establishments.

Any suggestions or insight on finding thai staff, and meeting the 4 staff social security requirement for WP?

If I hired one full time staff, is it strange or common to ask them if they know three others who would like to receive social security? Is this something a thai (say an elder or young person) would be up for?

Are there any cultural considerations when doing this (does it make someone look bad, seen as a dishonest, etc)? or is it something someone's granny etc would be happy to receive?

Looking for answer .I will be returning to Thialand January/February 2023 .This will be my 3rd visit as I was there in March 2022 with a 4 day overstay due to illness. I’ve just returned home from my October visit Nov21 on a 45 day visa.But Iam wanting to return maybe looking at buying a business so can I just get in on another 45 day visa.Or will I face some question about 3 trips in 10/11 months.Cheers .Ps Iam looking to move to Thialand next year at some time that’s another conversation.
