Does anybody know if the Covid-19 extension option still expires on May 29? In other words, no more extensions granted after above mentioned date?
Thanks much for eventual feedback. Cheers!

TLDR : Answer Summary
As of now, the option to apply for a 60-day extension of stay due to COVID-19 is set to expire on May 28, 2021, and it is uncertain if this will be extended further.
As of right now, the last day you can apply for a 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19 is May 28. This has not been extended yet.
thanks for instant feedback. If I may: my current extension is up on June 24; would you try to get another extension just before May 29, or that's way early and no chance of succeeding? BTW, that would happen at Pattaya Immigration. ππ
Was yours expiring early June? I just felt June 24 was a bit too far off to try extending it already, but will nevertheless try late next week. Thanks much for your feedback!
what type is your current extension of stay or original entry stamp?
If your covid extension would start on the day of application or be added to your current stamp depends on what you have now and in most cases the immigration office you deal with, too.
Iβm in the same position. Current visa ends on June 13 - Iβm really hoping an announcement will made in the next week, to say itβs been extended another month. So I can then go closer to June 13 to get the extension.
You should go early next week, regardless of announcement; if you're on covid-19 extension already, your further extension will be granted from June 13 onwards, even if you apply early next week. Either way, you winπ
