Hi I hope someone can help.

My partner had an accident was in hospital and given a NOT fit to fly note until the 24th Jan with a follow up appointment on the 26th of Jan to hopefully get a fit to fly note

I mistakenly thought our visas expired on the 28tg of Jan but I have just checked and they expire on the 24th.

We are due to fly home on the 28th hopefully

But I was wondering what is the best options for us as we will be over staying .

But also the Not fit to fly is only for my partner

Bangkok Hospital and Samitivej both charge 4000thb for fit to fly pcr test (required for flight to Japan).

Anywhere around Thonglor area that may do pcr cheaper? Gets pricey for 5 people.

I have a question about the RT- PCR test. If you’re a keyboard warrior refrain from commenting! Is the RT- PCR the same as a fit to fly PCR?

Thank you

Just an FYI boarded Boston to Doha last night for our BKK connection and QATAR Agent required a fit to fly, claiming it was only not required for Thai Nationals. We had decided to get it anyway. Be sure to print out the requirement page from your embassy....our first leg from Florida to Boston did not require it...😳

Hello everybody,

so I am almost ready to fly to Thailand, only missing thing is the Covid test result (should get it within some hours) and the Fit to Fly certificate. I saw a lot of posts here in this group about that certificate, who recommended Dr Donna. So I was writing her already in the morning, got a fast reply, send her the money via PayPal and she was just asking for my name. But now since hours I got no other message or the link she should send to me.

Anyone who made or wanted to make the F2F certificate with her got problems?

I am just a little bit stressed, my flight goes tommorow, I am the whole day on the way to get to the airport, so I just dont want everything fails, because the F2F is missing.

Thanks for the answers.

Hello,

I’m from the USA, I have been thinking about traveling to Thailand this year. I have seen that US travelers don’t need a visa to visit Thailand, but I was wondering if there was anything else I need to take care of so that I am not turned away at the airport?
