I came to Bangkok in a Tourist Re-Entry Visa with a permit till 21 July. I have a return flight booked on 20th afternoon. But suddenly a Curfew being announced in my country and assuming the flight will be cancelled.

So, in this case will Airport Immigration extend my stay? Or where and how to place my issue?

If anyone could suggest me please.

I am getting the Boarding Pass. In my country Army is allowing international passengers as a special pass to Curfew. So leaving Thailand today hopefully.

This is related to the Microsoft IT issue affecting airlines worldwide the last two days, with many flight cancellations, it should be cleared up today, or by Monday. As such there is nothing you can do except pay the overstay fine, if they charge one, as Monday is the earliest you can visit immigration, resulting in an overstay anyway. Just ride it out, as it will be cleared up as fast as possible. A fix for the software problem has already been developed, and sent to those affected. How fast the systems catch up is not known at this time, but constantly check with your airline. I mean hourly checking. This happened worldwide on Friday, yesterday.

Miljer Machel . . . . As a Bangladeshi, you can neither get a visa-exempt entry, nor can you get a “visa-on-arrival” at the Airport.

So you obviously obtained a 60-days Tourist Visa in your home country before you flew to Thailand.

You can extend the 60 days stay permit from this visa for 1900.- THB on Immigration for 30 more days.

Unfortunately, Immigrations are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, and for a holiday coming Monday

You will run into an overstay after Sunday, however this is okay so far, no problem. If you show up at Immigration on Tuesday, they will waive the overstay fine because it was a weekend and a holiday. You can still get the 30-days extension for 1900.- THB minus the days you were on overstay

Just DON’T go on Wednesday!

 it really depends on the goodwill of Immigration. You got stamped in wrongly. Normally, Imigration does not correct wrong stamp, they will tell you to go back to the airport Immigration to get iot corrected. But MAYBE , if they refuse to correct the false stamp, they might offer you the "application to extension denied, you have 7 days to leave the kingdom" stamp. As a Bangladeshi citizen your only option is to fly back home, curfew or not. Ask the Airline if they fly you back. Don't ask on Facebook

I think the entry stamp is wrong. It says that you entered on visaclass "Tourist Visa", which would grant you a 60-days stay permit. But the stamp only allows you in for FOUR days! This is ridiculous. This is so very wrong! You need to talk to the Immigration serving tjhe location where you stay, on Tuesday! Go there as EARLY as possible

 you are reading the stamp wrong.

It was a re entry on July 16th.

The original visa was activated May 20th( its a little unclear)it looks like on the reentry permit.

They have not shown the original entry stamp.

 he entered on a tourist visa and was stamped in for 60 days until July 21. Then he bought a re-entry permit, left the country and re-entered on July 16, got stamped in until the original expiry of his tourist visa. That's why I guess he is still obliged to apply for a 30-days extension of his initial 60 days stay permit

 no. He originally entered in May and was stamped in until 21 July and and used a re-entry permit to keep that stamp alive. The stamp is correct.

 - you will need to leave regardless. You can fly to a neighboring county and fly back, or find a way back to your home.

Airport immigration won't do anything but give you an overstay stamp in your passport and fine you 500 baht per day for overstay.

If you have a tourist visa and your country can apply for an extension, then you need to go to an immigration office and apply for the 30 day extension. This is only if you haven't already applied for an extension. Otherwise you can ask you embassy for a letter to take to immigration asking to give you an extension
