you need to be TM30 registered at your accomodation, your passport, two passport size pictures (some Immigrations do it digitally), and 1900.- THB. You will fill out the TM7 form on Immigration

computer's cache. Just rebooth, if you are in standard settings, the cache will be cleared automatically when reboothing. You see, the App always recognizes your previous mistakes and won't accept corrections. After a rebooth, all this information is deleted

clear the cache and the history, rebooth the computer (or smartphone, whichever) and start all over again. No spaces, no separation keys. Thai BIC/SWIFT code

must have been a rookie officer. Myself I am on a "1-year Extension of Stay based on Retirement" which needs to be re-applied for on January 4th every year, for the past 17 years. I always spend 6 months in my home country and the other 6 months in Thailand

there is no time limit for stays outside of Thailand. You just must make sure to have a re-entry permit for the remaining time, and you must be back in time before your "Extension of the Stay Permit" (which you wrongly call a "visa") expires, because you need to apply for the next 1-year Extension of Stay

2000 THB or stay in Malaysia 1-2 nights . . . and keep in mind, in case you have entered Thailand visa-exempt and intend to bounce for a second time, be prepared to get asked for the three proofs (accomodation, cash, onward travel)
