Help, I arrived to Thailand for study purposes. But I had to stop studying there one year later. And, my Non-immi ED visa just expired today at 10 Nov. So, I don't have a visa anymore, or do I need to cancel the expire visa? And I can't leave Thailand either because there is no flight available and the border is closed. But I can get a relief flight at November 27. What I need now is to be able to stay temporarily in Thailand for a few days. What can I do?

what part of "go to the office that issued your extension and cancel it" did you not understand? :O

You can't let an extension just run out, :/ that doesn't cancel it officially

AND

you can't apply for any new extension until you cancel the old one.

SO you need to slog on back down to the immigration office that issued your ED extension and cancel it,

Burma can get 2 years visa on arrived without any documents or pay 7000 bath including working permit for 2 years. Can make it anywhere in bbk 1000 of agency doing that. Over 2.5 million Burmese live in Thailand

, in your case there is another possibility. There are trade people from Myanmar crossing daily in the mornings at Mai Sai in the north. As Burmese you might be able to cross back into Myanmar at that border crossing. Then use buses to get home.

I did went to immigration today and they kept telling me that I have to cancel my student visa in Nakhon Si Thammarat immigration office, because I studied in Nakhon. Lol? Rly? But, I hope they misunderstood about my current situation. I will visit immigration again tomorrow. Wish me best luck guys. Take care of yourself too.

You need to cancel it at the immigration office where visa were issued. Then apply for extension with this paper.

Do Covid visa at immigration, you will get 60 days on your visa.

Go to the immigration office with that letter and your passport they will be able to tell you what to do but if I am not mistaken I think there is an amnesty until end of November but I am not completely sure

amnesty finished on October 31st. Anyone now without a visa will be subject to overstay fines.

Go to immigration tomorrow and apply for a Covid extension. You will need copies of your passport, visa page, TM6 departure card and 2 passport photos. It costs 1,900 baht. You may also be charged 1 day overstay fine of 500 baht.
