Has anyone applied as a sole proprietor? I have my own company but I’m not incorporated. I’m curious to know if someone got approved and what the proof of business letter looked like.

I am thinking about faking a long term client to write me a letter for freelance work. Hope that works for me. Do I have to show deposit from the client? If so, I can send money to my daughter and she can do an ACH transaction over a six month period. Is that going to work? I am devising a long term plan because I would apply in the US in May. Now I am in the information gathering phase.

, I would strongly advise against faking anything. I also had to show a bank statement (3 months) where my monthly payouts from said client appeared.

Already sent $1000 to my daughter (for purchasing her services for my business), and she will send that to me for purchasing services from my business. I will keep doing this till May next year, when I will apply. Cheers.

If you can show that you pay tax on the income you earn via a tax return you should be fine
