no proof. they asked for current address and I put our hotel in HCMC. they ask for proposed address and I put our condo in Bangkok. they ask for permanent address and I put where I get my mail in Canada

It's easy enough to register a company in the UK and many other places too...

not lookied into it much but a delaware co doesnt pay tax on overseas income i think so thats why a lot seem to register there

if in thailand it would for any dividends paid from the company as it is overseas income, or if they are under 180 days and non tax resident there or anywhere else

I wish I had a way of escaping the grip of the tax department myself, but it's not that simple...
