I am traveling to London next month to get my work permit (non b) and cannot get a response on email.
I did the same in Hull many years ago and it only took a few hours. Does anyone have experience of how long it took in London recently?
Please & thank you ๐๐พ

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Thai embassy in London has transitioned to an e-visa system, meaning in-person visits are no longer allowed for visa applications. Therefore, travelers must apply for their NON-B work permits online through the designated e-visa website. Users have noted that previously they could obtain their work permits quickly in Hull, but that option is no longer available as the Hull consulate has closed.
You CANNOT visit the embassy in-person. The Thailand Embassy in the UK has switch to the e-visa system, which means this is now the only way to apply for a visa. They will not let you in the door as they do not want people on the premises any longer.

You must apply through this website.
