I did my 90 days report last year on August, after that I didnโt have to do it because i have been traveling out of thailand every 2-3 months. And i lost that last 90 days report paper.
Will the immigration require that report for yearly extension? Or they will impose fine of 2000 baht for this ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the necessity of a previous 90-day report for a yearly visa extension in Thailand, especially since they lost the report after traveling frequently. Responses suggest that if the user has not overstayed their visa or stayed in Thailand for over 90 days without reporting, they likely will not be fined and the immigration may not require the lost report for their extension.

I hadn't done a 90 day report since before covid but was able to do online when we returned towards end of 2022. We also travel frequently between neighbouring countries but it wasn't a problem.

If you never stayed 90 days or more there is no reason to fine you for staying 90 days or more without reporting.
They will not ask for a copy of the form that you stayed over 90 days somewhere in 2022.
But your 90 day can not be past your current extension which requires renewing on about 28 of July, so you will actually do your extension and 90 day report on the same day.
Yes. I am confused because i have to go for yearly extension this week, so immigration will ask for old 90 days paper or not, thats what i am confused about.
Lloyd Turner it was due on October 25,2022. But i was out of thailand from oct 5 to nov 4. And after that, didnโt have to do until now because of traveling
