I believe I (UK citizen on a 60 day tourist visa exemption) need a TM30 form to get a 30 day extension. The guesthouse I'm in at the moment says they can't give me a TM30. I asked 2 other places nearby: 2 more "sorry, cannot". I want to get it here in Ayuthaya but could re-locate to Bangkok. Would it be easier (or not required) there? Or can I create one myself? My 60d expires 10 days from now, so I'd like to get the extension in the next couple of days. Any help/suggestions appreciated.
Being dragged of to immigration right now. They said I haven’t provided proof of residency within 24h after arrival to Thailand. Even though I did at airport and at the hotel I stayed in initially and paid for it at both places. Now they say I must pay a fine of 2000-10000b .
Hello everyone I just need some clarity on something. I’ve recently moved to a new place and my 90 day check in was on the 16th of August. Unfortunately, when I went to Chaeng Wattana today and they wouldn’t allow me to do the check in until the owner does the TM. 30 which I’ve already requested over a week ago but they haven’t done it yet. She kept saying I have 7 days(but I’m not sure what that means).
My question is will I still have to pay the fine of 2000 baht if the owner doesn’t do it in time?
Hello, I have a work permit, I just realised that I had to do the 90 days report on 16 June, but I completely forgot it..what can ever happen when I go to Immigration?.
Hi, my 90 days is up on Sunday, I fly to Singapore the following Wednesday. What happens if I don't do my 90 day reporting and just try to leave on the 12th - I have a retirement visa. If I can avoid going to immigration before to file my 90 days I'd love to but I don't need to get into an issue at the airport on the 12th. Any advice?
I did my 90 days report last year on August, after that I didn’t have to do it because i have been traveling out of thailand every 2-3 months. And i lost that last 90 days report paper.
Will the immigration require that report for yearly extension? Or they will impose fine of 2000 baht for this ?
I missed a 90-day report, completely forgot about it. Since it’s about 3 weeks late I know I’m getting fined so didn’t have any big rush to sort it out.
Now, I’m flying back to my home country on Tuesday.
