Yes it happened to me about 5 years ago. Had been using them for years then out of the blue got the same thing. Couldn’t even log on to see how much money was in my account. Still have not received a penny..

well that’s not the case necessarily . You may have had other circumstances that we don’t know of. I have been in and out for 9 years, done probably 40x30 day extensions, 25xborder bounces, only ever entered Thailand on entry stamp (no visa ever). It’s just up to him/her that’s stamping you through. I would say always have an outbound ticket, always have proof of funds, never overstay and always be polite. There is no “rule/law” so it’s purely a guessing game. But from my experience the above things will always get you stamped. Not saying it didn’t happen to you mate just sharing what I know true/happened to me. You must really have got someone on a bad day!
