It's interesting, we really need 1m bhat in the bank now, 40k a month living,

They say 400k to be kept in the bank, does that mean they recognise that a single person can actually live on 400k or less, the mind boggles

on a visa exempt, and you want to extend, are you travelling or staying in the same place?

Depending where you are!

You can go fill in the (tr7 I think) and fill in the tm30 yourself, get a copy of your landlords 🆔 and blue book and take them with you.

I have been reading comments on this subject and immigration are saying there will be lenience this year as a one of with reference to funds being transferred every month either 65k non 0 extension or the 40k marriage extension,
