When I had a Non-B, my wife and kids had a non-O extended every year at the same time as my non-B every year. Easy and comfy!

From my experience, ED visa and extensions are safe as before.

My kids had yearly extension twice without any problem, with good support and documentation from their school.

ED visas might become harder to secure for people who buy one as a stay permit without really attending courses.

Yes. It happened to me on a day they had computer problem. I was served at 7:30pm! And there was another 50 persons behind me!

I had a similar issue a long time ago. The IO did the same lousy correction with a pen. I thought it did not look very legit and asked the IO to make a new stamp, not to avail.

it's not because 80 or 90% do it and are not caught that it is legal. I've done it but I regretted when i learned of the risk.

This group cannot condone illegal practice and say it's no problem. Because if he get caught, it cost a lot and end up in jail and deportation.
