Wise has had the option for long stay as long as I can remember it's not something new. That option always shows it as an international transfer. Most people already know this and use Wise for that reason.
- thank you for clarifying it makes it much easier to plan an overseas holiday knowing I wondered how it all worked 👍🏼
I am currently waiting for my new extension stamp have to return 17th December. Once I have that I think I will go get one early in the new year and can then plan out a trip to a nearby country 🙏🏼
Looking at your stamps looks like you got this the same day as your extention and that the re-entry permit is valid for a full year as the dates tie in with your extention dates.
I assume that if you get one at any other time it's also valid for one year or does it only go to the extention date anyone know?
Been wondering how it all works because planning overseas visits takes a lot of time so interested to know how long these are valid for 🙏🏼
- can you give an example of the Bangkok Bank account incoming fee because I also use them and no fee at all with Wise. I also only transfer my requirement once a month so it's not a small amount. I will do a small test sometime in December and see what happens. It sounds like it works exactly the same way as Wise I convert then transfer over when i need it. Can you set up auto conversions like Wise?
At the moment Revolut are always number 2 and Wise 3rd with Western Union number 1 on Wise's own comparison chart. I haven't seen a change for a long time.
