Transfer yes, but he didn't do it with a card registered in a Filipinos name. The cards were canceled the 20th of September.

 So the minimum at you account for the whole year does not exist anymore, is that what you are saying? They will not ask you about what you have in the bank when you do a 90 report, thats only when you apply for a new 1 year visa.
