My Visa expires today. I've been trying to get to the Immigration in Chiang Rai for 3 days to get an Extension but it's just not possible with the flooding. We've been evacuated and safe but there is just no way to make it to the Immigration Office, every bridges is closed. What's my options here? Of course, I will be making my way to Immigration as soon as I can reach their office.
(Q1)if I secure a Non-O and subsequently a 12-months retirement extention based on the thb 800k modality, can I switch to the 12x thb 65,000/months modality for a sequent extention year?
And with an additional complication that - for some personal reasons, I arrange the first 15months and 800k via IO and agent in Bangkok, yet next year want to switch to IO Samui for the 65k modality.
(Q2) For the latter situation would I best leave the country, get new TR and start the Non-O and 12months cycles again yet via IO Samui? Or is there an easier way to move from 800K to 65k modality yet whilst staying in the Kingdom?
Good Evening, If I come to Thailand on a 3 month non immigrant 0 visa, married to a Thai national. What are my options please, to stay longer, after initial 3 month visa expires.
Hello everyone, please if you would,My ED visa extension is being canceled, my university is preparing the cancellation letter for 15 days from now, but my physical passport is currently being sent back to America for renewal. What are my options?

My passport will not be back in 15 days and it is my original passport.
Good morning. I am coming up to my yearly "O" extension based on marriage. What are the options if my 400k isn't seasoned in time and does this invalidate my continuous 3 years needed for PR applications etc?
I am looking for some advice. I am living in Koh Phangan with my girlfriend and her 14 year old daughter. Both my girlfriend and I have an educational visa till June 21, which we can extend for another 3 months (this will be the 4th and last extension). Her daughter has a covid stamp till May 28, which she can extend with another 60 days (not sure if that will be feasible again after the next 60 days). She is going to an international school in Koh Phangan, but unfortunately this school cannot provide a visa for her study.
I am in the process to apply for a retirement visa, so will have a long term solution.
I am looking for some advice for my girlfriend and her daughter (she will turn 15 at June 1 this year). Do anyone have some suggestions and does anyone know if we can link her daughter to the visa of my girlfriend?
