Hi there, me and my partner want to leave Thailand and fly home on the 5th of December, once we extend out Visa however we will still be slightly short on days(90 day visa)
If we had proof of our flight booked home when we do our extension, do you think they would allow the additional days?
Looking for some visa advice, I’ve recently resigned and will be leaving Thailand. My Non-B expires in November but my work permit expires in 2 days (10th). I’m planning to leave Thailand on the morning of the 11th and won’t be returning for a while.
Do I need to go cancel my work visa even though my work permit is expiring soon? If my work permit is expiring in 2 days would that cancel my visa as well? I’m a bit lost, any advice is greatly appreciated!🥹
Hi all! Thanks for the amazing help always! I have one question:
My mum (Spanish passport holder) is coming to visit me for 2 months. He is going to enter as a tourist without a visa (she’s granted 45 days visa exemption). Her flight out of Thailand is 62 days after she enters. We will do a visa extension. Is she going to be allowed into Thailand if her visa exemption is 45 days? Should she take something with her to show I work and live here? TIA!
Can you request the 7 day extension denial stamp after already doing a 30 day extension? I'm willing to pay the extra 1900 but could really use that extra 7 days and don't want to overstay.
Tod Daniels - my e visa is due for its 30 day extension on 2 March. My plane leaves leaves Thailand on 31 March. Can I go to immigration tomorrow (1March) and have enough time on my 30 day extension to not overstay or should I go on 2march?
Hi I'm new to the group and hoped someone could help me, my husband and I are from the uk. We came to Thailand and had 45 day entry visa, we then extended for 30 days, we still need a visa for 4 days to bring us to the end of our trip, does anyone know if that is possible or do we have to leave the country, thank you in advance
My 30 day visa exemption on arrival stamp expires Wednesday but my passport is with the school that is handling the education visa. The visa contact I have at the school says not to worry “Ok , I got it , as I said nothing to worry about bc your visa is in the immigration system no matter what date your exemption expires” is there any truth to this? Wny guidance would be appreciated.
I've been told by a visa agent that you don't need to come back to CW immigration on the exact date of the stamp and are allowed to go one day afterwards and still receive the extension I've applied for.
Is this true? Or is it absolutely required to go on the date and no later?
