Hi group :) Regarding DTV Soft-Activities Embassy Vienna: I hope there are people here who have applied for the DTV via eVisa from Austria through the Vienna Embassy and can help me. This embassy seems to be very strict. Muay Thai courses are only accepted from 4 months (less than 4 months are rejected), no seminars are accepted that serve to get to know Thai culture (but other embassies have approved them). Can anyone recommend a reliable and inexpensive Muay Thai boxing school or a cooking course in Chon Buri that has been approved? In other districts too, if they are cheaper. I just thought that it wouldn't hurt to actually go to Thai boxing (😄) every now and then :) Thank you very much for your help :)
Hello my tourist visa 60 days is almost up and I need to get my 30 day extension. I always extended it in phuket which was easy I just needed 2 photos, 1900baht and a tm7 form with 1 copy of my passport and tm6 departure card. This time around I am traveling back n forth to chon buri and bangkok are there different requirements or is it the same i just show up to any immigration or do I need to go to a specific one ?
Hello, looking for information here. I am, tentatively, planning to travel from Chon Buri directly to Nong Khai province once Laos reopens their borders and visas (possibly on the 21st or later). I know most province borders are closed. What can be done to obtain permission to travel?
Sharing some information hopefully it will help some people. If not appropriate please remove.
So the dreaded TM30. I was under the impression that each Time I left my province (Chon Buri) and checked into a hotel somewhere else (Phuket for example), the hotel will register me and when I go back home to Chon Buri I would need to get my condo manager to register me again.
I did all this and immigration told my condo manager this is not required as I haven't left the country. She got further clarification and told me as long as I stay in Thailand my original TM30 will be fine. Sorry for the long post.
Tm30 reporting... i'm shortly changing residence from Saraburi to Chon Buri. Will stay in an AIRBNB for two weeks whilst I search for a long-term condo with a lease.
What's the likelihood of the Airbnb lodging a TM30? What if I reported my change of residence after finding my long-term condo and signing new lease and did so in the 24hour window?
Your collective wisdom will be much appreciated. Thanks.
Hi all, if you have a work permit in the field of IT and working for a company in Bangkok. Are you allowed to work from a neighbouring province like Chon Buri? I know nobody is going to check you if you work from home, I just want to know what the law says... Thanks!
