Once again I need to tap the collective wisdom of this great group.

 If I move from Saraburi (permanently) to Chon Buri during my 90 day report period, do I report to Chon buri immigration on the day I would have done so at Saraburi? Or am I obliged to report to Chom Buri immigration within 24 hours of arrival in Chon buri? Thus triggering a new 90 day period. Thank you.

Just to save you wasting your time and ink, don't bother down loading and filling out a TM28 change of address form. Chonburi will simply file it....in the bin. They have rolled the TM30 into both forms. That's all you need. They ditched the TM28 form requirement over 2 years ago.

Reporting you address to Immigration does not trigger a new 90 days. The date of the original 90 day report remain valid.

You are confusing a TM.30 report (needed at some immigration offices Jomtien being one) with a 90 day report.

You would go and file a TM.30 within 24 hours of taking up residence at the Jomtien Immigration office and then your next 90 day report would be due when ever it was supposed to be due you'd just report at Jomtien not your old immigration office

In other words changing a residence and/or province doesn't reset the 90 day count down clock at all.

Leaving the country and comin' back does that ;)
