Hey all! I'm planning to visit Bangkok for 3-6 months. Should I go with the destination thailand visa or the multiple entry tourist visa?

I'm coming to train muay thai, work on some personal projects, and try to make my savings last as long as I can.

If I went with the typical ME tourist visa, how much would a typical border run cost? Also, can I get 60 days + 30 extension, then do a border run and come back and do the same 60+30 days? Or is it only 60 days?

Any information is greatly appreciated! I'm getting a headache looking online so I figured I'd just make a post here haha

With multy entry visa 6 months you can enter Thailand as many times as you want? also by bus as many times you want? or just by air?

You became TAX resident of Thailand if you stay more that 180 days - in tax year 1.1-31.12 or 365 days in any period?

If I stay for example in 2024 from 15.7 till 31.12 - cca 167 days and in 2025 I stay 175 days (for example from 1.1 to 1.3 and from .5.9 till 31.12) that would not qualify me to Thai tax residency? Thank you
